Scholarship Announced

The Dryden Exchange Council is accepting applications for its 2004 academic scholarship. This year's award is the Joseph A. Walker Memorial Scholarship, the 20th to be offered.

Applications must be submitted by Aug. 9. High school seniors planning to attend either a four-year college/university or a two-year community college are eligible to apply. Applicants must be the child of a current, retired or deceased Dryden employee or a military detailee stationed at Dryden. A scholarship selection committee composed of Dryden employees and a member of the Exchange Council will choose the winning recipient.

Application packets may be obtained via email from Jimmie Lewis (jimmie.c.lewis@nasa.gov) or by calling Lewis ext. 2430.
