NASA Dryden Awards Support Contract to Media Fusion

EDWARDS, Calif. – NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Center has awarded a firm fixed-price contract to Media Fusion, Inc., of Huntsville, Ala., for administrative and technical services at the center, effective March 1.
The Center Administrative and Technical Support Services contract covers a one-year base period and options for four additional years through Feb. 28, 2015. The contract could be worth up to $17.9 million over five years if all options are exercised.
Under terms of the agreement, Media Fusion will provide a variety of services to the NASA field center, including support to resource, financial, acquisition, technical publication and administrative offices. The firm will also manage the research library, perform reproduction center services and business systems support.
Media Fusion anticipates employing about 30 personnel under this contract, while their primary subcontractor, Scientific and Commercial Systems Corporation of Falls Church, Va., will employ an additional 23 people.
NASA Dryden’s existing contract for those services with Infinity Technologies, Inc., expires Feb. 28.
Media Fusion specializes in government support services and multimedia production. In the past, they have supported NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville and NASA Headquarters in Washington DC.
