This award is for protecting NASA's R&D investment by disclosing new inventions and to promote the transfer of the invention to the American public.
NASA civil servants and contractors are eligible to receive this award.
To receive this award complete a Disclosure of invention/New Technology Form (NF 1679) and upon approval for the Patent Application a patent award will be granted.
