Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to broaden the participants' knowledge and understanding of the Agency through a combination of expanded work experiences and formal training. Participants in this program identify a developmental work assignment away from their home center. Benefits include learning new job skills, being exposed to new areas of NASA and senior NASA officials, and participating in a variety of developmental activities. Participants selected for a Dryden developmental opportunity will relocate to Dryden for a year.

For more information on the NASA Leadership Development Program visit the Headquarter's Leadership Development Program web site.
