Dryden Hosts Ames, Marshall, Glenn Center Directors

NASA Dryden Flight Research Center director David McBride hosted the directors of three other NASA field centers Aug. 16 for discussions with Dryden managers on mutual cooperation and support of each center's efforts in research, technology development and mission operations.

Simon P. "Pete" Worden, director of NASA's Ames Research Center at Moffett Field, Calif.; Robert M. Lightfoot, director of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala.; and Ramon Lugo III, director of NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio, and other officials toured several of NASA Dryden's facilities and specialized research aircraft and then joined McBride to share their ideas with Dryden employees at a center directors' forum.
