The public is invited to a Singularity University presentation entitled, "Civic Technologies and the Future of the Internet." The presentation will feature the prospects for a new generation of civic technologies designed to maintain the Internet’s productivity.

WHAT: "Civic Technologies and the Future of the Internet" Presentation. Jonathan Zittrain, Harvard law professor and author, will contrast technologies that increase in power as more people participate in them, with technologies that leverage the power of a few people.

WHEN: 7:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. PST, Monday, Nov. 9, 2009

WHERE: Building 943, Eagle Room, located at the front gate of the NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, Calif.
