In the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game: EX Emerald, Pokémon representing earth, air and water engage in epic battles and redistribute the balance of power in the Pokémon universe. In addition, the new game introduces new Energy cards that create exciting new variations in game play.
NASA and the Pokémon Trading Card Game have teamed up once again to develop a program in which students can learn the real science behind the fun of the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game: EX Emerald. NASA's Center for Distance Learning has put together a new Web site that shows how the environmental balance is important in our world. Through exciting activities, NASA's Kids Science News Network (KSNN™) Web site will reveal how the Earth functions as a system
and how NASA research is protecting the Earth's air, land and water resources. NASA is working to learn more about the air we breathe, the movement of the planet's crust and the global water cycle.
The result of the partnership is an exciting Web site, combining the fun of the Pokémon Trading Card Game with the cool science of NASA. It really is the best of both worlds!
