Use three demonstrations that create microgravity conditions. The Falling Weight apparatus teacher demonstration has instructions for building a falling weight apparatus. Small student groups can perform the other two demonstrations, Falling Water and Can Throw. "Student reader" pages provide background information about creating microgravity.
