Finding the Center of Gravity Using Rulers

The center of gravity is the average location where mass and weight are distributed throughout an object. In part one of this two-part lesson, students balance their paper airplane models on a ruler to find the center of gravity. In part two, students suspend the F-15 models from strings to find the center of gravity.
